Herbal tea to aid sleep anyone? I need a good one!

Pleeeaaassse, someone recommend me a good tea. I don't know if it's the onset of the menopause, or general life stess (2 teens, work etc etc) or most likely both but I'm not getting enough z's!!

Nighttime tea by Pukka is good, comes in a blue box. Try a dollop of lavender oil on a tissue in your pillow case too, usually knocks me right out.

I really like the Clipper Sleep Easy tea - it smells a bit strange before you put water on the tea bag but tastes delicious!

Another vote for night time tea by Pukka. It did really help me. I also drink hot milk and find that helps but that isn't a herbal tea Blush
