Bumping my own message just in case someone has come across this... He still wears a nappy at night - possible connection?

Natt, i dont know if it is the same thing, but similar happened to DS1 when he was little.

In fact, it happened on quite a few occasions. They said it was because the fore-skin was very tight. he was prescribed a cream, and they said if it continued past a certain age, he may have to be circumcised.

Luckily it didn't.

HTH.

Thanks Saintshar, the tight foreskin possibility was in the back of my mind, also he is a bit of a nudist at the moment so don;t know what he might have sat in!

It hasn't happended to my son, but a friends son, has similar, he had been running around in her garden, sitting on the grass, it turned out he'd got some grit stuck in it - antibiotics cleared it up

A friend of mine's ds had thrush, which caused his willie to swell and leak a pus. Might it be that?
