We have always used childrens wet wipes at toilet time, but have changed brand recently (stopped three days ago), although this has arisen before.
dd's front bum, she says is sore, and it is very red..last night i put on some aqueous cream to cool/soothe it as this has helped before..tonight, she said it was still sore and it was still red, she had a bath but we just 'wet' her bum, not washed with soap, when i laid her down to dry/check it, there was was looked like dried bits of the cream?..so was it the cream from last night or is this thrush?, and would it have been caused by these bloody wipes?..and one more, would over the counter canestene cream work if it is this?
