Worried by scabs/marks developed on face during very sunny holiday

I'm on holiday in a very sunny warm location. I'm worried about whether this might be cancer. I will go to GP when I get home but is it worth any precautions for the final 4 days of the holiday. See pic. It's next to my eye and they measure a few millimetres each.

Well there is no harm putting sunblock on it now. Sorry I can't be more help but it will need to be looked at under a special light so there is no point worrying now, just make an appointment with your doctor for when you get home. I hope it's nothing.

P.s. How hot is it where you are??

Thanks 3luckystars. I'm In Madeira. It's meant to be in the mid 20s but the sun is very bright and feels hotter.
