Laparoscopy incision infected? WARNING gross close up

Hi all.
I had a lap done on Monday, feel fine although woke up nauseous today. Took the dressings off the incisions and the two others look fine but the one inside my belly button looks a bit nasty, it also smells bad. If it's infected how the hell is it supposed to heal properly in such an awkward place? I have a really deep belly button.
I'm going to ring the gp first thing but don't want to if it's just normal and I'm over reacting

Nasty. I'd get that checked.

You're right to be concerned. Looks like you should still be in hospital to me. Def get it checked. Cake

I had laparoscopic hysterectomy 3 weeks ago, past 2 days one of my Lower incisions has started to ooze puss and become sore to touch, the other 3 incisions have healed well (4 in total) I change the dressing often as it's leaking through, is this normal part of the healing process? Rang Dr today and no appointment available 💁‍♀️ as always 🤦‍♀️
