Something orange in wet nappy?

My DS is 8 months, I noticed something orange in his wet nappy yesterday and didn't think much of it I have just changed him and it was there again.
Any ideas what this is?

carrots? Peach? oranges? cat food (is he crawling?)

I seem to recall being told that the crystals in a disposable nappy can sometimes turn red or orange. It's apparently a chemical reaction of some sort and harmless.

Sorry, DS needed attention.

We have just changed nappy type so that could well be it. His fave food is also carrot so it could also be that.
Glad it doesn't sound like anything to worry about. Thank you for your help
