As the title says really, I'm filling in an OT form for a new job and couldn't work out if these were routine ones for people born in the early nineties? Many thanks if anyone knows!

I was born in 94 and I'm fairly certain I had them.

FleazytheSquedgehog · 15/07/2017 18:43

I was born in '93 and had mine at secondary school. Smile

fleshmarketclose · 15/07/2017 18:45

Ds and dd born in 93 and 95 had them.

LumelaMme · 15/07/2017 18:55

This table might reassure you that you've had them.

MrsJayy · 15/07/2017 18:56

Dd was born early 90s and yes she had them,

newtlover · 15/07/2017 18:56

If you were born in the UK unless your parents were opposed to vaccination, you will have had them.

BigGreenOlives · 15/07/2017 18:57

Yes

PinkBuffalo · 15/07/2017 19:00

Yes you should have had them Smile

Dumbledoresgirl · 15/07/2017 19:02

Yes. Ds was born in 1996. A bit later than you maybe, but it was fairly standard. And the MMR vaccine, which caused so much controversy and which some parents refused, was a) a completely different vaccine, given at a different time, and b) the controversy didn't start until about 1997 anyway.

bloodyuselessme · 15/07/2017 19:04

Thanks so much everyone! It's asking for the date I would have had them - do I just make up a date I was at primary school for? I've never had an occupational health form for a job before, I keep second guessing everything!

I would just write the year. You probably had a booster just before starting school. Though you should have had a booster at about 14?

Crabbo · 15/07/2017 21:12

You'll have had them at school, but if you've had a baby they're included in the whooping cough vaccine too.

Mum4MrA · 15/07/2017 21:14

Your GP surgery will have a record of them, if they are not in your red book (child health record)

RedSandYellowSand · 15/07/2017 21:19

Ask your GP for a printout of your vaccination record. It will include everything you've had.
Mine has all my baby vaccs even though I've been registered with at least 5 different surgeries.
