Why does it feel like I have bashed my front teeth when I know I haven't ??

For the past few days my to top front teeth have felt odd, like they have been bashed and my gums above the teeth are all soft and it feels funny if I touch them.

It doesn't hurt, just feels weird and like my teeth might fall out.

I have now found a new dentist but can't get in there until 2nd april.

Any ideas ??

You might be banging your teeth together in your sleep.
My dh does this when he'd got things on his mind and then complains of headaches and toothache the next day.

Oh blimey hadn't thought of that, good job there is no one there to hear me LOL. I have had alot of headaches recently too.

Have you been walking into a cold wind? I used to get tooth pain in my front teeth in winter in Berlin and I noticed that I had it here for a couple of days when the wind was coming from the north (Wednesday and Thursday I think).

Lol Nbg, god i dread to think what i'd hear.

I don't think it is a sinus problem, but i have just noticed that the bit of skin that attatches your lip to your gums at the top seems swollen, am quite freaked now.
