Feeling sick and shaky after food

Been fine all day, not had any big meals but just picking (1 weetabix, few cups of tea, fruit, handful of nuts)
Had a roast dinner about 3ish followed a bit later on by some popcorn and for the past hour I've felt really nauseous and shaky and am having to lay down and I feel like my eyes are so heavy
I had the same the day before yesterday too and a few days before that. I'd normally just attribute it to tiredness but I've had such a lazy weekend there's no way I could of ran out of energy iyswim

Sorry does this sound like anything I need to worry about?

Could it be a bug you picked up ?

User90602122 · 02/07/2017 21:25

I don't think so as I felt fine yesterday and earlier on today

Doesn't sound like you've eaten nearly enough.

Hmm maybe you're right, I didn't eat lunch as I knew we'd be having a big roast. I think I'll keep a food diary for a while and see if I can pinpoint when there's a problem
