Do you still have a smear if not sexually active?

Not sure if I need one. Last sexually active about 6 years ago.

Yes. if you have ever been sexually active, you need regular smears.

Yes, you do need one, if you've ever been sexually active and are in the age range for the cervical screening programme. This link is from NHS choices.
