Anyone doing Tesco e-diets?

I'm having a go at the Total one. It's a bit like Weightwatchers. Is anyone else doing this? I need to shift a bit (Am going to the gym tomorrow) and would be glad of the virtual company if anyone else needs moral support.

And I have just been baking so will need to steer clear of the apple cake I've just made (I has apple chunks in it, does that count towards my five per day?).

I'm going to move this to the diet thread. Cakes have addled my brain!

i would love to do it and lose weight but have no will power. do you know of there is one like to carol vordaman detox plan?

I'm not sure, there's a list of them. Once you sign up, you can change which plan you do. I've changed 4 times and I only signed up this morning. God I'm fickle!
