Can someone recommend a colorectal surgeon in london?

My GP said I have anus skin tag last Friday.
I thought it was my hemorrhoids back again after giving birth.
Used Anusol but did not work
Now I have a lump of a size slightly bigger than a kidney bean which my GP thinks it is harmless.
But it is painful when I stand, seat and use the toilet.
So I would like to see a colorectal surgeon on private as my GP says NHS considers this as cosmetic

Can someone please recommend a colorectal surgeon you have seen personally or know someone who has seen one and has only compliments to say abt him/her.

I recommend the team at St Marks hospital in Harrow - it's a specialist NHS hospital for bowel issues. They accept private patients too.

Gunju Oganbiyi who I see on NHS but I'm fairly sure also works at The Wellington. Are you sure you need Colorectal and not Plastic in which case I recommend Neil Toft, also Wellington I think
