Chronic lower right abdominal pain - diastasis? Appendicitis?

Hi All. Since my 2nd child was born 22 months ago I've been suffering from chronic lower right abdominal pain. Went to gp, had a few abdominal ultrasounds, blood tests - all fine. I'm quite slim - 52kg/168cm and look like I'm 5 months pregnant due to diastasis. Otherwise no issues that I'm aware of. All gp doctors say it can't be appendix, can't probably be diastasis, can't be hernia as they can't feel anything - but have no other suggestions. But the pain is in here day and night and is quite annoying (2-3 on the scale of 0-10). And I can't say that there's anything that would make the pain better or worse- it's constant nagging pain to the lower right of my navel. Any advice? Many thanks

Hi, I had something similar some time ago which caused me a lot of anxiety, so sorry to hear of yours! Mine turned out to be constipation, so may be worth bearing that in mind? Could be IBs x
