my dd is 6.5 months and a few weeks ago, gave herself a nasty scratch on the forehead, just above her eytebrow. it bled and scabbed over and now its looking tlike ti is going to scar. does anyone know of anything i can put on it/do to it to try and prevent a 'forever' scar?
TIA

Bio oil. My DS1 (3.5) had a similar mark on his cheek which was there for ages, and I've started putting bio oil on it and it seems to be working.

Also, her skin is still growing so it will probably grow out anyway.

Rosehip oil is supposed to be good for scars.

wow, thanks for your fast responses, will try your remedies.
took dd for some photos this morning and the man said he'd be able to 'get rid' of the mark on the pics. i did ask if he'd do some of me and airbrush out a few stone but he wasnt game...
