fitness and stomach exercises after c section (9 weeks later)

Hello everyone,

I had my second c section 9 weeks ago. 2nd baby boy. I wanted to find out what stomach exercises I can do. Are there any exercises I should avoid? What would you recommend to help tone stomach and tone bottom. thank you

are u going to the gym or exercising at home?

at the moment at home. I have just been going for walks everyday. I was going to the gym before c section but have suspended membership as £51 a month and not working. Any advice would be greta. thanks

i think after your six week check you're ok to start any of the post-natal exercise tapes which might be the first place to start

I had Carol Smillie - it was pilates based - this was quite comfy after a c-section

i used to put on Angela Griffin dancercise Dvd..it was really good...must get back into it as im too busy at the gym and WALKING is an excellent exercise as you are already doing that.
