Just that really, wondering if there are any good tablets to give energy?

Not really. The only things that give you a quick high are products containing sugar and caffeine.

What is your life like generally- work, stress, diet, exercise?

I went to GP and had Blood tests and found I was low in Iron and Vit D

PersianCatLady · 04/06/2017 16:59

I would get your blood tested by the GP and see if you are anaemic or low in B12, etc.

Otherwise just a good multivitamins and minerals tablet.

shebagthehag · 04/06/2017 17:50

Ferraglobin, liquid tastes gross but you can buy tablets.

I'm on/off anaemic and was told about this a year ago, it's really helped

Ultra woman tablets from holland and Barrett are great.

shebag I use spatone sometimes, which is also a liquid, but you can take it in water or juice/squash. My Gp recommended it to me, said it processes better than tablets. Might be worth trying if you hate the taste of what you take already.

Have you been tested for an iron deficiency?

eurochick · 04/06/2017 19:03

It's worth getting blood tests to see if you have any deficiencies. Iron, vit d and b12 are likely culprits.

Get your thyroid checked too.
