Any doctors or pharmacists about - Ramipril advice

I take 10mg Bisoprolol and 5mg Ramipril daily (split into two doses) for increased ectopic beats - no blood pressure problems. Ran out of Ramipril yesterday and my prescription hadn't arrived at pharmacy because of bank holiday. DH was picking up and didn't realise I'd run out - normally if I ask they give me a pack. I didn't realise til today and the pharmacy is closed.
Is it going to be a problem if I don't take Ramipril until Monday? Or is it one of those meds you shouldn't suddenly stop? ( I can see it would be for BP but hoping not for PVCs)
Thanks

I wouldn't want to give medical advice without knowing your history. Most pharmacies provide an emergency supply service. Take old box to show your dose etc and ask for a few tablets to last you till your usual pharmacy is open. Some charge for this service, others will do it for free. Ask to speak to the pharmacist
