Hypothyroid: sense of taste deadened?

Anyone else experience this? I just can't taste so well in the last few years and wondered if my under active thyroid is responsible.

I suppose it's possible. Once I got on a decent dose of thyroxine my sense of smell came back after heaven only knows how many years.
