How dangerous is it to go cold turkey off Anti Depressants.

Stopped taking them after one month. Don't want them, hate them. How will i feel. Am i going to go mental?

agree , i was prescribed several ADs, various doses,then finally 175 mg of effexor did the trick, with intensive counselling.....
