Well a few reasons really, although i am not expectng a mircle cure but : I have bad skin, suffer migranes, nd i have in the last few months drastically changed my diet (gone from about 3 portions of fruit/veg a week to about 10/11 a day) and i hate to think what the old diet did to my insides!! plus i have heard people say it makes them feel lighter and less tired.

morning sarz! on for a quick chat while mini man naps. i am a bit sceptical about the claims made for colonic therapy. there haven't been any clinical trials showing benefits, plus if you eat a good diet and don't have any gastro-intestinal diseases, your gut cleans itself out. shoving water up there strips out all the beneficial stuff too. give your new diet a few more months to see the full effects. migraines and bad skin are more likely to be hormonal anyway. imho, ha ha! i do know people who have had barium enemas for diagnostic purposes and it aint nice! hopefully some brave soul on here will come forward and tell you what a colonic is actually like! best of luck if you go for it though!

no thank you very much!! my gut works fine as it is. I cannot believe that people have build ups of sludge or whatever its called , as everything moving through.
