Scabby Nose

Really silly question but do noses scar, i know everything can scar but are noses particularly bad? My son has a Z in a scab on his nose. Quite deep. Anything i can do to help it heal also, thankyou

Anything, any herbal remedies to reduce scarring and heal quicker, he is getting upset, thanks

Quite deep, light bulb glass, looks nasty and i am concerned it won't heal, trying to find healing cream, is it Vit E
