Rashes on babies

Damn, wrote a long post and stupid wireless disconnect me.
Short version
DD had her MMR 2 weeks ago tomorrow. TOnight I noticed three sets of rashes - one the back of one leg, her chest and back. Not spots, not raised. She's asleep now, they're still there.
I'm sure I read that babies can get rashes after the MMR - can you confirm?

I'm not sure to be honest, although i do know that we are told to expect a delayed response to the MMR and i am pretty sure that there could be a rash involved as well as high temp. The most important thing is the glass test, which im sure you are aware of.

HV told me this is normal and that it actually shows that the body is becoming immune to measles etc

LaylaandSethsmum · 15/03/2007 17:37

Totally normal and part of MMR as long as she is otherwise well.

Just got back to this (logged off after posting and didn't get my lunch time mumsnet fix!)
Thank you for the replies. The rash seems to have gone now but the clarification has helped me feeling a bit more at east
