break down/get rid of snotty/fleemy/mocus at the back of ds's throat? he has had a cough/cold on and of for 3/4 weeks now what with the weather not deciding of its going to be hot or cold and teething hes been waking up coughing at night and thismorning he was sick but it was clear mocus/snot

we've had this on and off for few weeks - how old is ds?

we found medised is good as contains decongestant for night, also have him in bathroom with us when we shower in morning and steamy room seems to help him breath better and get nose running - i know people who have humidifers in room which apparently helps....

hes almost two i have been giving medised but i dont want to overuse it iykwim?
