Feeling ILL for 10 days - doctor said may be pregnant??

please help. i have been feeling ill for the past 10 days. no fever, no cough, no plegm, just a sick feeling.
went to the doctor today and he said to check if i am pregnant.

my first two pregnancies were poignantly depicted by depression, huge weight gain and boob pain and fatige. I have none of those symptoms now (in fact my boobs are tineier than ever). has anyone else kicked off their pregnancy by feeling like this?

I have had next to no symptoms with any of my pgs. This time, I didn't have any swelling or pain in my bust even. So, you could be. Have you bought a test yet?

recoveringmum · 13/03/2007 14:21

no. the doctor gave me a test to take home. my dh is away so i will wait for him too return. too stressed to deal alone.

we have one who is 2 and a 5 month old. not really a good time for another one

maybe it's just a bug? i had a weird virus recantly, lasted 2 weeks, just felt YUK but nothing very specific. i've only had one pregnancy and it sounds like your first two, but my friend was totally symptom free except for insisting the milk was always off. she was on all the rides at disneyland up the duff before she found out! my cousin got pregnant while still bfing her 5 mth old. they are now 11 and 13 yrs and she says she is so glad of their "mistake"! so, even if you are, and it is not good timing, all is not lost. when does dh get back?

recoveringmum · 13/03/2007 14:35

thanks guys for all your messages.
luckily dh is back tomorrow.

my sis an i are 15 months apart and its the greatest thing ever, but i already have two that close.

i must say i am really stressed and will probably be worried until tomorrow when i check.

perhaps the worrying is adding to your feelings of poorliness? i'm good at that!

ivelostmyboobsboohoo · 13/03/2007 15:14

if ity makes it any better, i have been feeling weirdly sick for a few days too, and so has dh (and neither of us are pregnant!)

nogoes · 13/03/2007 15:14

Yes, nausea and tiredness were the only symptoms that I had. I thought something was seriously wrong with me .

thanks for checking!!
dh came home whaaaaat fun.
first time he went away and bought us all gifts. (to be worried or a nice change? )

still havent checked. i am a big 'denial' person. i am really scared and just pretending like nothing is up.

but if i do a home test it may come out neg because too early anyways?
