Grumbing again - to no one in particular but because only place I can get away with it!

I have tonsilitus. Had it since Monday. Went to doctors on Tueday; also didn't go into work Tuesday either.

Today, my head hurts, my throat and ears hurt, I am hot and shivering, I am tired, my painkillers don't work, the antibiotics don't appear to have kicked in yet and I am stuck at work with KS3 pupils I even have rotten cover lesson after lunch.

I really want to be at home in bed.

Whinge over - will go back to Y9 now!!!

Poor, poor you, hope you feel better soon, feel free to grumble some more-hugs to you(or would a cooling hand on the brow be welcome?)

Boudicaa. I want to lie down and have a cold flannel on my head, water to drink and painkillers that actually work. What I don't want is a Y10 cover lesson after lunch - doing GCSE History about which I know nothing. And the class are bound to be horrid.

Will stop whinging soon - honest!
