5-mth-old still sleepless and irritable 9 days after Hib jab?

DD had her DTP and Hib jabs separately - didn't react too badly to the DTP, but 9 days after the first Hib her sleep seems to be getting worse and worse (naps and night), and she keeps having brief but very dramatic bouts of screaming. It seems to be getting worse rather than better.
Could it still be the jab? I don't think she's teething.

Yeah I recon so. I found exactly the same thing with my dd after her last jabs. I thought she was permanently damaged!! Luckily it's calmed down now and she is totally back to normal - took 2 weeks though!

Maybe your dd's immune system is just having a bit of a hard battle as it is a live vaccine.

I would still take her to the docs - just peace of mind.
