CT scan for blood in urine

My father is having a CT scan today as he has had some instances of visible blood in his urine. I am guessing he won't get the results today and will have to wait a week or two? Is that right?

They don't give results at the scan. Both OH and DD have had CT scans and we have had follow up appointments for the results. I hope it is nothing serious

I had a ct scan for blood in urine last month. Waited for my appointment (1 week) for the results to be given.

I had an ultrasound scan for a similar thing and got the results instantly but I think with a ct scan you wouldn't.

He didn't get them, said they'd be sent to his doctor. He's got another apptmt through for a cystoscopy next week.
