Anyone else's nerves tricking them?

Whenever I stand up I can feel a small wet spot the size of a 50p on the inside of my left calf. However it is not wet.

So anyone else got a weirder one?

When I am tired I get a twitchy eye. It gets so bad that I am literally winking at people ....
