Yasmin for adult acne

Just been prescribed Yasmin for adult acne and PCOS symptoms. I'm a bit apprehensive, as I've read about lots of side effects (plus dh has had snip), and that when you come off it the acne comes back with a vengeance!

Has anyone experienced side effects? Or acne worsening after stopping pills?

I take dianette for similar reasons and yes it only helps my skin when taking it, if not on it the acne comes straight back.

I have tried yasmin years ago but it wasn't as effective for me.
