DD has WHITE Poo! - Ideas anyone?

My dd has white poo! does anyone know what this means? She's had it for 3 days

Well she has a well balanced diet, very big eater has alot of fruit & Veg, cant understand what it is the last couple of days she's been a bit 'off' but white poo!?

I think it can sometimes be something to do with problems with bile production (though may be misremembering). Personally I'd take her to the GP, I think.

Have gone quite blank on name - but that gluten intolerance thing makes white poo ! Sorry cannot think of it at all - Oh - Coeliac disease !

Friend of mine at school (we were about 14) started doing white poo and apart from a bit of tiredness had no other symptoms - it was gluten intolerance - he had to change diet and then was fine.

Ah that could well be the culprit! I found she could eat Nestle Chocolate Buttons (we're egg & Nut allergic) & she has been eating them, but she's been eating other things too.

My mum said white poo was something to do with the liver.

Scatterbrain - my dd2 has a gluten intolerance as does my sister - could well be that too then....oh they worry you ...children
