Vomiting In Newborn

I need some advice

My 8 day old baby has been vomiting after every feed today,sometimes quite forceful.
She does drink the milk down very fast and then we wind her and up she vomits.
I have read that it is fairly normal and we should feed her smaller amounts and burp her more.
Has anybody else got any experience of this? Thanks

My dd (14 weeks) always vomits if she feeds on top of wind. It took me a while to work out when she needs to burp but now I can tell by her body language and the firmness of her tummy. Could be that, wind her as often as you can I say.
OR doesn't reflux cause vomitting too?? Don't know anything about it though...anyone?
