What are these bumps on my skin (pic)

I have these small raised bumps on my skin and they are driving me insane, at first I thought it was just dry skin on my legs until I noticed I have it on the backs of my forearms too (I don't usually get itchy even if skin is dry)
I haven't shaved/waxed for a few weeks so not a rash from that, haven't changed washing powder, never suffered with skin conditions have been applying moisturiser but hasn't improved
Sorry pic isn't great but they're really small (smaller than a flea/mosquito bite)
I will go to pharmacist but would rather not get my hairy legs out if possible

It's almost like a heat rash expect I'm always cold so can't be that

Have you changed your washing powder recently?

Could it be keratosis pilaris?

I'm wheat intolerant and get something similar when I've given into my cravings and eaten bread - just a thought?

Can't see too clearly but if you've had them a long time it could be keratosis. Try a moisturizer with a lot of urea in. Palmers Skin Smoothing lotion and Dermadoctor KP Duty also good.

I'm wheat intolerant too, and I get this when I've .... indulged. Then turns into a psoriasis like rash if I don't nip it in the bud.

Interestingly is also triggered by denim, many many shampoos and when I use peroxide on my hair.

A little bit clearer they seem to have come out a bit more but still very small like pin pricks but are very pale (as a pose to a bite that's usually very dark pink)

I haven't made any drastic changes and they've only been there for a few days, but only on my legs and forearms (I only noticed as they're itchy).
I don't think I'm wheat intolerant although I have had a few slices of toast over the past week or so which I don't usually
Haven't changed washing powder, only use non bio as ds suffers from eczema.
I applied some cream that ds uses for his eczema and it seemed to soothe it temporarily

I've just had a google of the keratosis and it does sound like that (looks like goosebumps) I'll try some cream with urea in it and see how I get on

Which washing powder? Fairy the bastards have changed the scent recently only noticeable with a tiny "new scent" written at the bottom of the label. I'm allergic to all sorts, including this new scent. 🙄 Worth checking?

I do use faith but I don't think it would be that as ds skin is very sensitive and his hasn't flared up (although I won't rule it out)

It does look like a wheat/gluten intolerance.

I have this. I use a scrubby mitt and it helps loads.
