I get a horrible headache when I exercise strenuously. I drink lots of water and also juice in case it is low blood sugar (as suggested by class teacher).
It seems to be worse when I sweat lots such as in hot weather or after a very hard aerobics class.
The headache is like a migraine and then lasts all day.
I looked it up on the net and scared myself silly. Has anyone else had this or can suggest any remedies?
