Itchy bit on leg

I've got a really itchy bit on my leg. It looks hideous. It's about the size of my hand, the bumps have little dry bits on the and it looks like loads of little burst blood vessels. It's been like this for a couple of weeks now. It doesn't seem to be spreading as I don't have it anywhere else. It's driving me mad. Anyone got any ideas?

Has that patch of itchy skin gotten any bigger?

Sorr yI didn't get back sooner. The itchy bit now seems to be getting bigger. I woke up after my nightshift and now my arm's really itchy too. It's driving me mad.

Does it have a spot (like a bite) in the middle - there is a condition called something like cellalitis (oh I wish I could remember the exact name!) where your body reacts to a bite or sting. It needs antibiotics to sort it though. I would take it to a doctor
