... what on earth is going on???

AF is normally very regular, and I have never been 2 weeks late before. I did 2 pregnancy tests last week, both of which were negative. Now since yesterday morning, I have had very occasional, very light spotting. Nothing major at all. Anyone know what is happening?

MoM, none of the above!

I am definately seeing a doctor tomorrow. I now have a very slight clear discharge (and when I say slight I mean, slight) with flecks of bright red blood in. Starting to worry a leeeetle tiny bit now, so need to know what is going on....hopefuly nothing untoward.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

no, but you do need to get any odd fanjo issues seen to (excuse the pun)

How did it go today?

And yes i am going to pester until you have been to GP

Well I have been to the doctors (you nagged me soooo much MoM ) and before I went I did another test which was negative, just to be armed with the relevant info.

She seems to think it may be a one off. Either I need to destress, stop being so tired (a bit difficult with a DH who works away most of the week and 2 small boys who think 5.30 is THE time to get up, but hey ho) or it could be that my hormones are going up the spout.

If it is hormonal (which to be honest could well be considering how I have felt for a while) then it's a wait and see thing. If it happens again next month I will have tests. Tiredness thing can't do much more about than I already am, and ditto destressing thing.

BUT it pretty much seems it's not pregnancy/miscarriage/ectopic related which is a relief.

Calebsmummy - tell your ds's to sleep more!! Or get dh to stay home!
Like people keep telling me - slow down a little

lissielou · 07/03/2007 19:34

thats a relief! wait and see, af'll arrive first thing in the morning!

calebsmummy · 07/03/2007 22:03

lissielou, thats what I keep thinking amd actually I do feel really quite crampy this evening!

MoM, I'm ok honestly. Dh is probably glad it's hormonal...sorta explains why I'm so horrible

Whoops, um excuse me, no worrying about me atm! I'm thinking of you honey. Come over for coffee sometime if you get a chance x As for slowing down/boys sleeping more/DH being at home....hmmm not entirely sure any of those things will happen any time soon.

I am ok though, just v. tired. Boys snuggled into my bed for a story at 7pm...I woke up cuddlig them both at 9.30 Poor Ds1 was down here on his own all evening (he is 13 tho for those who don't know lol)

how you doing CM?

calebsmummy · 08/03/2007 20:02

Hi lissielou, I'm ok thanks, still no sign so still have no idea of whats going on. Was quite crampy last night and feel 'heavy' iyswim. Wondering if I have some kind of infection although pretty sure it's not thrush and also know thrush does'nt generally stop your period. I dunno!! early night fior me tonight. V. tired. thanks for asking x
