Interstitial cystitis help in pain. On elmiron.

I have Interstitial cystitis am taking elmiron and still in pain. Feeling fed up and scared. The next step botox injection into bladder and Last step removal of bladder. Anyone else been thru this??

Have you heard of the COB Foundation? (now with a new name).

I recommend their forum where you can talk to women who have this condition and get lots of support and advice.

There are other things to try before bladder removal such as stimulation of the nerves etc. The COB Foundation is good especially their nurse hotlines. Don't give up, I know it's horrible but you will find something that helps. It took me nearly 3 years to find any relief.
