Hi, Just wondering when i should contact the doctor as i know it is a virus as i've got it as well, but only for 24hrs.
My poor DD2 has been vomiting for the last 2 days and just lies around not actually sleeping.#
It all started on Tuesday night at 11pm and poor thing was sick every half hour until approx 5am.
Next day she slept all day. This morning she tried to have little sips of weak sugared tea but 1hr later it was back up.
She talks to me and seems ok that way but poor thing just has no energy at all, which is VERY unlike her.
Has something like this happened to your DC and how long did it last?
Thanks
AB

Have you tried dioralyte (rehydration powders) DS had stomach bug for longer than this, but he was much younger (maybe 6 mths) - we talked to NHS Direct & they recommended A &E due to his age. COuld you give NHS Direct a call - less hassle than getting into the doctors...?
