Huge sympathies, sweetie.

I had this last week. I really thought I was going to end up in A&E - and I NEVER go near the GP. Couldn't eat or drink - felt too sick, but it only lasted about 36 hours. I lay in bed with hot water bottles on the most achey bits. It must have been a virus. Poor you - I hope you feel better soon.

Sounds like flu or something similar your poor thing.

I find Nurofen works best tbh, I know some people think Night Nurse is pretty good too. And lots of fluids.

Take care.

Night Nurse will really help, and will help you sleep - but I think it has paracetamol in it so you will have to be careful how much you take/when you take it, given what you have also taken.

Lots of fluids, go to bed and keep warm.

Hope you're feeling better soon!
