Help unidentified rash

Little one saw the GP yesterday and got some crean as there was very bad nappy rash/possibly thrush & got some cream

Today - rash is on the face cheeks as well

Any ideas? Do we go back to the GP?

Can you phone your GP since LO was only seen yesterday - I've done this in the past and GP called me back over lunch break and was very helpful.

If not and rash is spreading I'd go back, especially if LO seems unwell in other ways too.
