We would have no idea unfortunately!

See your GO and request a blood test

Could be underactive thyroid or vitamin D deficiency. Need a comprehensive blood test to see what's going on.

schooling123 · 12/02/2017 21:41

i checked m6 blood and thyroid hormones. all ok

B 12? It's a separate test to full blood count.

schooling123 · 12/02/2017 21:45

What's your diet like? How carb-heavy is it? How much water do you drink? And do you do any exercise?

Do you know what your serum ferritin levels were - did they test that? I'd find out. If your vitD, B12 and thyroid have been ruled out I would find out about ferritin. At the lower end of the accepted range you can get many of the symptoms of anaemia, including awful fatigue. Could it be hormonal? I'm peri and I know my energy levels fluctuate a lot.
