Blocked Eustachian tube-driving me batty!

So cold a few weeks ago, ended up with sinusitis and blocked tube. Was completely deaf for a bit, getting dizzy. Dr checked, no wax, no infection. Told me to keep holding nose and blowing, this just makes it crackle. Anyone had it? What else can I do?

Nosespray works beat here. Just a saline one and do it a few times ( 3 or 4) in an hour. Hopefully it will unblock quickly.
