I've just bought a body brush, but can't for the life of me remember if you're supposed to brush towards the heart or away from it,and I know it matters - anyone know? I've googled, but the best offer on there is "circular motions".

Bettybloo - brush towards the heart on dry skin! Tried this and got so bored. So bought two to cut down time but still got bored!

Thanks Chicpea. It's worth a try, but the last one I had hung unused in the shower for years till it went black with mildew. But this time i mean business!

I have invested in a Carmen hand held exfoliating bodybrush/massager because I really can't be bothered to use those mitt things but I really need to

Don't worry Jampot, we all need to!!

why not treat yourself to a full body massage once a month or so... good for exfoliating, conditioning, circulation, cellulite, muscle tone.... oooh so many things!

best wishes
