Weird Nappy Rash

Hi

My dd is 15 months and has had a little bit of nappy rash the last few days. Nothing abnormal.

This morning when I changed her nappy the rash was very raised and seemed almost pimply with little white heads on the bumps.

Could it just be the amount of sudocreme I lathered on at bedtime?

She doesn't seem bothered by it at all but it's a bit strange.

Any advice?

it might be infected.id visit hv or gp.gp may give you caneston cream.
