So having had a locked hip for 11 years it seems to have just resolved itself! How's that work then?

I've just realised my hip is no longer locked up. I've done absolutely nothing exercise wise to help with this result. Haven't really changed my lifestyle or anything, I fact I'm feeling pretty crap about myself st the moment as I've put on some weight over Christmas and an horribly sleep deprived because of baby.

I'm quite excited as j had to quit riding eleven years ago due to that leg being locked against the side of the horse causing knee pain and making my seat become weak. I'm now wondering if I could book a riding lesson for my birthday and see if I can still do it 🤔
