Footner about £20 in boots- acid socks. Takes a week to work then my gosh does it work, your feet will be re born

fatbottomgirl67 · 03/01/2017 19:53

what are acid socks? does the footner come with moisturiser as they are really dry?

You put them on for an hour (i think) then wash off excess, after a few days/a week your skin will peel off in a big way, revelaing smooth new crack free skin.don't add moisturiser even if they get even drier initially because it slows down the peeling process.

Flexitol heel balm - smother it over your hooves and pop cotton socks on overnight. Within a few days you will start to see a difference.

sounds brilliant I will order right now thank you Smile

Flexitol slathered on every night, cling. Film it in and then socks to keep it on. Scrape any dead skin/ goo off in the morning. Put a layer on after shower
Do every single.day. Will soon heal.

Flexitol is amazing!

Ginmakesitallok · 04/01/2017 10:57

Another vote for flexitol

ChardonnayKnickertonSmythe · 04/01/2017 10:58

canesten foot cream

Gingernaut · 04/01/2017 11:00

A visit to a chiropodist, regular exfoliation and Flexitol.

Any cream containing urea will help, the higher the concentration, the better.

After a shower cover feet in vaseline and put socks on immediately. I have not had a cracked foot in years! Also putting two thin socks instead of one thick one helps.

I used to get really bad cracked skin on my feet. I used flexitol and found that it was very good except that the problem wouldn't go away.

Around the house I would wear flip flop type sandals all the time, instead of slippers. The skin on my feet was horrible, the cracks went deep, were very painful and looked unsightly.

Now I wear leather trainers with cotton socks all the time now. No more hard skin! Smile

fatbottomgirl67 · 04/01/2017 13:27

wow thanks for all the good advice. I have been out and got some flexitol and will make a concerted effort to keep applying it

Another Flexitol fan. The Boots brand version of it isn't nearly as good - it's quite sticky and difficult to apply.
