Possible klaxon. Definitely no pictures. What could my lump be?

Well, this could be embarrassing. I have a lump suddenly appeared yesterday. It's right in the crease between leg and groin, right at the front. It's tender if touched but not tender otherwise. It's under the skin, mobile and a blue/black bruise colour.

I'm generally an anxious sort of person so I'm worrying my head off about sepsis and all sorts. Will go to GP on Tuesday anyway, but wondering if it needs to be seen sooner than that?

Anyone able to offer any advice?

In case anyone is interested, or googles similar symptoms and this comes up - went up to ooh after 101 referred me and have anti-biotics for an infection in a hair follicle.

However, I also have a temperature and low blood pressure so I am under strict instructions to call 101 again straight away if I feel poorly(er) and to go straight into hospital if I start losing consciousness/slurring/etc.

Hope antibiotics work quickly
