kidney pains 2 wks after salpingectomy, reassurance needed.

Had salpingectomy 2 weeks ago.
Recovery was going great until xmas hit and I just didnt get enough rest. feel dreadful, really run down and exhausted.
I am having some sort of period, its more like lochea, watery and smells different - but not bad and theres no infection.
I am also having aches in my kidney region which has been getting worse all evening, bad enough to take codeine.

im going on holiday in a couple of days - im worried. initally i was worried about managing the journey but now im worried about a kidney infection or something else?

Did you manage to get any info/advice on the above? I’m in the exact same boat right now with exact same symptoms and getting headaches. Would really appreciate any help or advice as I was worried about internal bleeding.
