How routine is it to have biopsies taken during the above. I expected this to happen only if there were suspicious looking bits and bobs but have now had biopsies taken so am worried.
Also, what would happen about very large protruding veins discovered about half way up - so not strictly haemarrhoidal (sp, haven't a clue?)
