DD is 3.5 - could she be getting more teeth?

DD has been a bit under the weather lately but is hopefully on the mend. We noticed tonight that her cheeks ar really rosey. I know she should get more teeth at the back but could this be them now?

It could be teeth - she should have 2 molars at the back on each side (so 8 all together).

The last ones often cause a lot of bother
