Hi, can anyone offer advice please regarding my 176 week old ds. He had his 4 month injections on monday and has been off colour all week. Though today he did seem better. However the last three feeds he has had today he has thrown up. Does this sound like a stomach bug? If so, should I continue to offer breast or cooled b oiled water- help all new to me!

I would call a doctor. Your priority is to get fluids into him - if he's throwing up breastfeds, then try cooled boiled water, very slowly, a very small amount at a time.

Are nappies still wet? Can you take temp? I think I would call NHS direct at the least.

How are you both today? Hope LO is feeling better?

i would offer cooled boiled water AND still BF. At least he's getting SOME nutrition from it. It can be digested quite quickly.

Hi, ds is a bit grumpy but seems better today. He took another feed and cb water and went off to sleep. However woke three times in night really hungry - which although I am shattered was pleased that he kept it down!

Thanks for all your help x
